Hey there!
I need help naming some chicks. Here are their pictures. I’m going for a Disney theme.

Right! Why can't they function properly! They have a shallow dish in their pen filled with water, and guess which birds like to land in it splashing all the water on them? Miss girl took her name way too seriously

Any particular Disney content you're wanting to reference? A specific movie or show? A type of character?

Oh my goodness, I love her! 🤣

She's got so much personality, it's hard not to, though she definitely tries! Every time I open their pen she tries to escape. That in itself wouldn't be bad, but next to her live the LF girls (and boy) which would tear her to pieces because they've got unresolved anger issues (I've seen one of them beat and chase a broody away). Oh, and she's a massive foodie, but I mean same

Hmm, well here are some names I like from the classics, personally, though some might be a bit obscure to go with the theme. 🙂

For pullets: Alice, Aurora, Briar Rose, Flora, Fauna, Merryweather, Ariel, Bianca, Anita, Perdita, Olivia, Belle

For cockerels: Trigger, Skippy, Triton, Sebastian, Scuttle, Bernard, Orville, Wilbur, Rolly, Chip

That little naked neck is insane, I swear. She wants to brood, but she doesn't want to brood, but she wants to act like she's brooding... I guess?? She was sitting in front of the nest boxes brooding (not in the nests, in front of them :idunno ), so I picked her up and held her up to the fence where the 'teenage' chicks I have growing out spend the day, and I said, "Is this what you want? This is what you get for brooding!"

I don't think I can adequately describe the dinosaur-esque, high-pitched screeching sound that emitted from that bird just as I finished that statement. :th I'll take that as a no?

The chicks are terrified of her, by the way. Not in the sense of she's a bigger, older, more dominant chicken, but in the sense of 'holy crap what the heck even is that'. All the way around, I could not stop laughing after these events unfolded. 🤣
