Just a word of encouragement.... I've aways had good results getting a brinsea up to temp in two hours and another hour if fine tuning was needed. Maybe they won't need to be double stacked too long...good luck!

My janoel comes to temp from ambient temp to 99.5F in about 20 minutes and stays there.

Ok Bama1 here's the final tally 12 out of 12 beautiful chicks hatched today.

Here's 11 out of 12 discovery the brooder. . .

And the last little girl drying off in the bator!

There's one other chick from my OEGB in there with her to keep her company, the only one out of 5 that made it past the first week.

Oh WOW look at those adorable little bantam orps all over the place! What an amazing year for Breezy Corners Farm, I keep getting reports from everyone that has bought my eggs and they all have had outstanding hatches! I hope you have room! I know I have have bought eggs before thinking not a lot would hatch and end up with lots of extras. Look for combs first with this breed that will be your roosters.

The thing is, UPS did deliver a DVD movie I ordered. So they got the movie on the truck, but not the Brinsea. How did they manage that?

Last weekend I picked up some nice dark BCM eggs from @ladycat . I put 8 under a broody BCM hen I had and 7 in the incubator along with some other eggs from random hens that have several BCM roos over them.
