I asked him to remove it this morning, he just added one of his pics, (which IS NOT A MERRIAM TURKEY!)
So, I told him just now to remove it and reported it to ebay this morning, see they still havent done anything??
Guess this is just a common occurance now, dont sell true birds, just steal peoples pics and advertise with them, who cares right??

See now everytime I use that pic, I'm gone hear,

Already happened before on these. Some people, yall keep it up for me til he removes it, what a jerk!!

I nvr got a response from him but maybe if u use photoshop and write ur name on the pics it will deter future ppl trying to do the same. see what happens when we band together and get these bad ppl revealed, its fun!

ETA: The pic on Ebay now looks remarkably similar to the one from this website, now we know where he got his pic from!

It's the same of course, if you look, he gives credit to me for it. He asked for pics as I supply all the turkeys for him, well the merriams, rios and osceolas at least. Told him the only way I would, would be if he gave credit as to them being my birds. Doing that was fine.

I have tried the name in the pic deal, but ebay started pulling them saying I was trying to draw people off ebay with it, probably some body with their panties in a wad reported is as that actually. Guess I need to try to get my wife to do it again for me.
No telling how many of them are being used, got 300 or better on that website.

He's never replied back to me either though.
He did buy a lot of eggs off me last year, but he also bought eggs from everybody on every site he could fine, weather they were true to the breed or not.
He sent me numerous pics last year asking what I thought of all them, told him most were junk, like HIS pic on there.
Helped him all summer long, gave him all kinds of advise and assistance in getting GOOD birds in. Basically took him under my wing!!LOL

I agree though, BYC is a huge community, if we'll all watch out for each other, I truely believe we can put a stop to a lot of this mess.

would like to thank horseshoecreekranch for bring it to my attention, and I think Doug at D&M Farms was saying he had see some of mine out there too, checked but couldnt find any after we talked the other night, guess you just need to give 'em a day or two right!
