Cheesecake, do you think he's an Orpinton rooster?

He... Maybe she is somewhere close to seven weeks, and old straight run. But this last week the comb is getting quickly and the wattles are bright red. When do males usually develop and what would your guess be?
Also does it look like am Orpington? I've noticed the bottom being quite fluffy:)

With comb and wattles that pink at that age, I'd guess he is a cockerel... and think he is a Buff Orpington, but I'm not very familiar with that type..
 
Saddle and hackle feathers don't come in on cockerels until between 10-12 weeks old, so feathers won't help yet... usually pullets don't get pink in the combs til after 10 weeks, so I'm still leaning towards cockerel...
 
Ok I'll post new pics in a few weeks thank you!, OH SORRY but another question... Do you think 7 to 8 weeks old is accurate by these pics? The guy that sold him didn't tell me how old they were
