Shay and chickmagnet:

A very quick update about the chicks I bought from you at the chichester swap 2 months ago.
I got a silkie from chickmagnet and 2 bantam cochins from Shay.

The silkie is great and doing very well. Her name is Fancy. If it wasn't so gross outside I would get a very recent pic, so you could see her coloring. Kinda wild.

The 2 banty cochins are great as well. The buff (which seems more golden) has actually turned out to be a roo, and is named Goldie. This is funny since it seems as though he has turned out to be the only roo, so when his time comes, I would love to see him mounting those standard hens...

The black banty is great and had THE MOST amazing feathering on her feet. I am not even sure how she gets around. I have never seen feathering like this. Her name is Ariel. (can you tell my 5 year old named these?)

They have become great friends with the other chicks we added, who are aboiut 2 weeks younger than them, but bigger than them now.

I will get some pics soon to post.
