Chick attacked

One of my chicks was attacked by my rooster what so I do. The rooster escaped from the coop when my chicks were out playing in the grass. Most of her neck looks like this. Also a chunk of skin is gone on her beak. Please help ASAP. Also the skin on top of her head is being held on by a thread. Meaning I can lift up the skin in her head.

Ouchy!!! Well first and for most the wound needs to be clean, clean, clean!!! then I would decide if it looks like the skin flap will heal back in place or not. If not then I would cut it off. Then (either way cut or not) put some kind of antibiotic ointment on it and do your best to wrap it. Change bandage and reapply cream daily. Should heal up just fine!
