Chick born on March 13th has an injured, might be broken right knee? Splint?

My chick named Claw was born on March 13th and has an injury to her knee. It is swollen and bluish/bruised. She will not bend it. Is it broken? If it is broken, how do I splent a leg on such a small chick?

Yes. I figured out that she did have a slipped tendon. I straightened out her thigh to hock and the tendon slipped back into place. Then she was walking on both legs weakly. Then several hours and she could not regain her strength to eat. I could only get her some water. Then unfortunately she passed away.
