Chick breeds? Almost 3 weeks

So February 21-22 I hatched 6 mystery chicks from a friend. I cannot figure out the breed or breeds (possible crosses) of these 3 chicks. If I’m correct I believe 1 to be female (1st pictures, shorter tail feathers) & 2 males. The first 2 are clean leg the 3rd is lightly feathered.
Possible breeds may include- Ameraucana, Cochin, Jungle Fowl, Marans, Lavender & Buff Orpington.

The first two are Ameraucana or Easter egger crosses, probably, since they have pea combs and seem to be bearded. The last is probably a Cochin cross, but maybe a Marans cross. One parent must have feathered legs.

They are too young to sex. 5 weeks is the earliest for that.
