Chick cannot stand, help please

I have a sapphire gem chick, that was perfectly healthy and big. Until one evening after bringing her and three other chicks inside from outside playtime, she started peeping constantly. I knew that something was wrong, so I kept close watch on her. She eats and drinks, and poops just fine. But now she doesn't stand! Only uses her wings and crawls to eat and drink. She looks like she has no muscle in her back or legs. Is there any possibility she could ever walk again?

No I don't have any adult chicks and it was bought from a feed store. My husband picked up 4 silver laced wyandotte chicks from feed store. When he got home with them I knew right away 1 wasn't wyandotte. I think she is sapphire gem. She looks like a baby penguin, so I named Happy Feet. Other 3 wyandotte chicks are about half way feathered now and she still only has a few feathers on her wings. She was doing great at first then she got stepped on by a Rhode Island Red chick that was about twice her age. I thought maybe that was the reason but now I'm not sure cause she still doesn't walk. It's sad to watch her crawl but I can tell she wants to live. She eats and drinks better than some of my new Maran chicks. I'm really confused on what I can do to help, or am I just feeding a dragon?

I went through something similar this past year with some chicks that went lame. I was able to help two of them recover with vitamin B complex. I used the B-100 formula from Walmart since it has the highest concentration of the B vitamins. It produced remarkable results.

The sad thing in my case is that my flock carries lymphoid leucosis, and these three chicks were heavily exposed as chicks when a hen carrying the disease brooded them. But the symptoms went into remission twice in one, and partially in the other a few times before they got sick beyond all help.
