Chick hatched with yolk not absorbed

So...The chick is alive and has since absorbed the yolk itself, but I'm curious how many others have had chicks hatch with the yolk not fully absorbed and whether or not they survived? This little one is still in the incubator, which is not fun, because her being alive in there makes the temperature fluctuate constantly and the alarm goes off every few minutes, but there's no way she can go in the brooder with the other three. If you did or didn't leave yours in the incubator, did you do anything else aside from watching them? Any advice would be appreciated. She is moving a bit now, in comparison to yesterday when she was just flopping her wing and foot a bit. Now she will partway stand up, then lay back down, so I take that as a sign of progress, her building up strength that she normally would if she had hatched out herself completely. That is my thought at least...

I've read this article already...I also didn't assist early. Out of 23 eggs, 12 were fully developed, but only 4 hatched and only two of those hatched(more or less) on their own. The first was completely solo, second took a very long time, then I realized she was at a bad angle and a foot was partly in the way, so(with the shower on in the bathroom) I picked a ring of shell off, but nothing else, and she hatched out just fine. The third pipped, but couldn't get out and I believe he is a little under developed, but I'm watching him carefully. The third and fourth(the one this post is about) were both a day late and had I tried to assist earlier with some of them, most of the twelve would have survived. The same thing happened with the first hatch and the breeder I bought the eggs from said it sounded like the temperature was too low the whole time and told me to get a separate hygrometer to make sure it was accurate. I did, it was a couple points off, but not drastic, so I kept it correct the whole time this time and literally the exact same thing has happened this time as last time. Four survived my initial hatch(25 eggs) but two passed within days. I ended up with one pullet and one roo and the pullet ended up with vent prolapse at about a month old already...All of my chickens have a great diet, fresh, clean water every day like they should, and are all pretty well happy and friendly, even with five total cockerels in a bunch of sixteen chickens. I've never heard of this happening to anyone, really, least of all someone paying this much attention.

I've had a few survive. How's it doing?

She didn't make it...She had fully absorbed the yolk, so I took her out of the incubator and had her in a separate box/brooder under the heat lamp and she had been moving around, but I didn't want to put her in with the other three yet. She had passed only a few hours later...

I'm so sorry. :hugs

Thank you. I understand they won't all make it, but this was the second large loss that were all fully developed and weren't able to hatch on their own for whatever reason...That one was moving around finally after days of just laying there, absorbing the yolk, and then all of a sudden died too...I really just don't understand it 😔
