My chick isn’t even a week I think it doesn’t look swollen or turned funny but he can barely walk

Ok never mind there is a whole line of black looks swollen to me and the heatlamp accidentally fell in the brooder and it is pretty bad

I'm sorry that he's injured. Is the leg black from bruising or could he have gotten dirt or poop on it?
Did he possibly get burned by the lamp?

My chicken had a broken leg too and what I did was take some cotton balls and put it on a piece of wrap and gently wrapped it around my chickens leg.it took my chicken about two weeks for my chicken to walk normally and then she started to take dirt baths and do stuff that she could not do before.
