Chick is sick...

I have 2 chicsk I'm trying to help who got attacked by a hen I believe. I went out to the farm I've been helping out at, and there were several new chicks that someone else had brought out. Two of the chicks were seperated and had obviously been attacked, most the feathers from their head plucked away along with skin (sorry I know that it sounds horrible, but it is). Anyways I brought them to my home so I could seperate them properly and take care of them, because the other person had just left them there with no proper heat source or any help, and open again to the hens. They did better last night, as I stayed up all night with them making they had everything they needed and dipping their beaks in the water, but just recently, one began to have the exact same problems you just described, to a tee! Did you have any luck figuring out how to help the little chick? Thanks, I'm just trying to find any answers I can, and give her the best fighting chance possible.
