My chick spent a full day and night with just a single pip and never progressed so I helped a little bit. But even after that, it spent another day in that exact position. The next morning I went in and slowly helped her out. There were no blood vessels and the yolk was completely absorbed. But as I watched her through the day I realized that she was having balance issues and was not able to lift her head because she was so weak. So that night, I made her a chick chair. She spent all night in that. This morning I took her out to strengthen her legs and see if the chair helped. While it helped with the balance issue, it didn't help with her walking. She had vitamin mixed water available, along with food all night and I know she drank and ate. It looks to me like both her legs just out forward. How can I help her??? I'm not sure if the video shows the problem to much or not.

It appears the chick may be exhausted from its entry into the world. But it could also have physical deficiencies including nutrients. This is where Poultry Nutri-drench is so useful. It has everything a tiny chick needs to get it launched.

Here's what I would do. Mix Nutr-drench, sugar, and warm water and get the chick to drink it every hour all day. This should revive it and give it energy.

As an added safeguard, I would also give it vitamin E oil 400iu. If the chick is eating, putting the oil on a tiny bit of crumbles would be easiest. But squirting it directly into the beak, if you're able, is another good way.

She got our available vitamin b liquid we give all our hatchlings. Actually she had that available in her water all night. Got a few good drops of just the vitamin last night. Though we haven't tried sugar water. She does seem to be sitting up more often now though. We usually use a dropper directly to their beaks but I didn't have one available. However, she very eagerly took the vitamins, and them eagerly drank the water we'd offered right after to.

I think the chick should be okay, as long as its hydrated and well fed (and not trampled on by the other chicks).
Give it a few days. If it keeps doing it, then you might have to help it out..
She will stay in the bator until we know she can walk properly. The other chicks will trample her to death if we put her in the brooder right now. Just put a little bowl of vitamin and sugar water in their with her.

Sugar water? never heard anyone using it for chicks... is it supposed to be healthy?
