THANKS IN ADVANCE

What does he eat? The legs look very weak. As for feathers, some chicks just take a little longer to grow them but diet could affect it too

This is the same person who fed their chickens ice cream in a previous thread made :th
The chick looks unwell and weak from poor nutrition. Chickens were made to eat chicken food not human food

well i asked it to my neighbours and google as well it is genetic problem
i have raised two chick the first was fully feathered but he died from heart attack
so it is not about nutrition its in genes still the word (nutrition) i will keep in mind

starter feed is not available so mix eggs with cottage cheese and rice
When there is no starter available the best thing to do I believe is give layer pellets (this isn't exactly ideal but I've heard of many people doing it and it works) then you could add a little extra protein with some egg or mealworms.
Calcium is higher in the layer feed but I haven't heard of anyone who doesn't bother with chick starter having any issues with kidney failure
