My August a Faverolle mix is just o er 2 and 1/2 months old now.

Recently her chirps have had random clucks inbetween them.
Sometimes she sounds like a goose with a random honking sound.
Is this the normal progression of sounds for a chick her age?

Next, at whay point do I introduce a nest box?

No idea, must be something fairly strong genetically for her to be black. All my mixes have turned out white or mottled white. I think ameraucanas mix black though, you'll just have to wait for eggs to get more info.;)
Latest consensus is pullet.
She is mixed not sure what with

She may have a Maran father. Her mother is a salmon faverolle.
She has small bits of redish around her neck and she has that tiny rose comb. Her legs are grey and feathered. She only has four toes on each foot tho
