Chick with deformed legs

My rooster is 4 weeks old. His legs are bent and he seems to be walking on his hocks(?). He hobbles around like a duck. Most of the time he sits by himself since he can't walk around as fast as the other chickens. Is there anything I can do for him? He doesn't seem to be in any pain, but I feel sorry for the little guy.

I didn't notice his legs until about two weeks ago, I couldn't say if he was born that way or not. He is a Rhode Island Red.​

there probably isnt anything you can do about it, but if he doesnt appear to be in pain, it shouldn't be a big problem. He's just special

I'll try to post some pics as soon as I can. No doubt he will be special to us.

I think I am not meant to have a roo. The first one we had (a white leg horn) we had to get rid of because he kept attacking everyone and now this one
