Chick with prolapsed Vent

I have a week old chick with a prolapsed vent. I just noticed this afternoon after going out to check on them. It was not like that this am. I'm wondering what I should do. I brought her in and cleaned it off with water and put some preperation H on it.I have not seen her poop since I brought her in an hour ago. Any suggestions?

I had a prolapsed hen yesterday. She was awful looking. I had to clean it up alot then I pushed it back in she popped it back out but after one more try, Success!! She looks good so I'm proud. If I were you I would try my best to slowly push it in. Could you post a pic. As soon I'm as my hen got hers pushed back in she pooped ALOT
