Hello! I have a 7 week old SLW pullet. I noticed when feeding today that her eye was swollen shut. Once I cleaned her eye I noticed the bubbles. I have on hand: Denagard, Liquamycin (oxytetracyclin injectable), Tetra-Bac 324. This chick was in with 6 others but no one else is showing symptoms at this time. Everyone is eating, drinking, and pooping normal. Just looking for advice on how to treat and what this could possibly be. Pictures are attached.
Thanks!

Its just as the others say, a respiratory infection. One of my pullets is going through the same right now and some of the people appointed to my thread have helped me out there so maybe take a look, it might help you out! https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/emergency-need-help-diagnosing-sick-chicken.1203584/
It sounds like possible mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG.) It is a chronic respiratory disease, which can cause conjunctivitis (pinkeye) and sinus infection. Denagard, tetracycline, and Tylan are all good for treatment of MG. Make sure they are drinking water well. Eyes can be cleaned with saline. If eyes get worse, you can also use Terramycin eye ointment in the eye. Hope the symptoms go away in a few weeks.
