Widdle didn't make it. Rest in peace, sweet Widdle. Widdle is buried next to her sisters under the crepe myrtles in the back. She was weak this morning, and did not make it through breakfast. She was very small compared to the others, and there may have been other issues we didn't know about. I'll be keeping an eye on the others and praying that it is nothing but a weak chick succumbing after a pecking.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I've been following this to see how she was doing and I'm sorry to hear the bad news. I'll send good thoughts and prayers your way for the chicks you have left. I hope you have no more problems and they all grow up strong and healthy.
