Chicken Assistance needed

My wife will get some antibiotic cream in the morning for treatment. We also are going to clean out coop/flight pen again, treat for mites/lice and check a few of the birds for these to see if we can see any.
We clean out the pen normally once a week, treat the coop and nesting boxes with seven dust after cleaning then put it new straw in the boxes and pine shavings on the ground floor.
Do you have any Vaseline that mill help keep it protected until someone can help

Have you had lice and or mite issues in the past?

@Texas Kiki @aart @Cyprus tagged a few others who may have an idea.

Have you separated her from the rest of the flock?
Have you checked for mites?
When did this start? Sorry if I missed this on original post
Is she eating and drinking moving around ok?
Have not seperated her from the others.
Checking tomorrow for mites/lice as well as treating the coop/pen for those
My wife noticed this yesterday.
Eats and drinks okay and she moves around okay.

From what I can see it appears that it might have been an injury that has gotten infected.
You are probably going to need antibiotics.

Please get a better picture or two...it looks like the ear is involved too.
