Chicken Bleeding Because Of Bully What Should I Do?

How do I make them free ranging? I am out all day and the fox will get them!
Hmm, ok, if that's the case, then I would suggest adding an extension onto this run. You will not regret giving them more space. They will be cleaner and much happier. Less feather plucking, less fighting, fewer diseases/mites, and more eggs!

Again, if you can't do that then go with the vertical dynamics approach.

What is that?
Just using your vertical space for fun things to do and be entertained by. Lots of perches and platforms, food hanging from wire, toys, games. The more entertained and the more cluttered, the less they will be bored and bully. Kind of like this:
