That was my guess! I love it because it has so much personality!

I was just thinking how ironic it was that the little chicken block that started this whole idea wasn't even made by anyone.

what chicken block was that? I don't remember.

I had several different patterns and colors I used so no clue as to what block you have of mine, I know bad me I didn't put my name on them. oh wait you could have a batik blue background, or green with a little print, or a red with a little print

I can't find it but it was folksy paper pieced the main bird was a triangle

I forgot to put my name on also. Two different backgrounds, one blue with chicken wire, the other light tan with sprigs of small twigs and leaves.
I have to apologize to you all I went thru 3 sewing machines, trying to get them finished. Applique is not my best quilting style.

RustyHen - The red/white/blue hen with watermelon tail must be yours then, since the background is the light tan with sprigs/leaves. The green feather fabric rooster I'm thinking is katsdar/s then.
You did a very nice job on the applique work

I got one of the chicken wire background one of yours then. At least you stuck it out w/ the applique, I gave up half way through and went back to piecing!
