Chicken breathing hardly and laying down her head and slobber coming out of her mouth **EMERGENCY**

She needs fluids and antibiotics (as advised above ^^).
If she won’t drink, you may have to syringe water into her crop.
I would add electrolytes to the water.
This article explains clearly how to safely do this, while avoiding aspiration.

Thanks a lot

But unfortunately she just passed a way
I went to take a shower coming out realizing she's not with us anymore
Before that I just checked her she got better (she wasn't making that weird sound whenever breathing)
So at least I'm happy she might have had at least passed a way with less pain than before

Thanks for everyone

I am sorry she didn’t make it. You made her comfortable and that is a good thing. :hugs

Thanks a lot ♥

Unfortunately when I went t check the others it seems two others have been infected too

A rooster and a chicken I separated them immediately

They're not like this chicken but they are making some sorta snoring sound

I gave them some antibiotics and tetracycline

Is there anything else I should do
I also checked the article you send
In case I saw them not drinking I'll do that

Can it be influenza?

Where are you located in the world?
How long has she been like this?
Is her face or eyes swollen, is there pus in the eyes?

Any chance that she ate anything toxic (fertilizer, weed killer, etc.), something moldy or rotten?
What's her crop like?
Does she seem paralyzed - can she move her legs or wings?

It's possible she may have respiratory disease. Tetracycline is used to treat Mycoplasma.
I would try to see if she can take fluids (water/electrolytes). Careful not to aspirate her.
I wouldn't even worry with giving any food until she's more alert, just hydration for now.

Hard to know what's going on with, hopefully she will pull through. If she doesn't then if you want to find out more, a necropsy will often reveal the cause of decline.
Thanks a lot ♥

The snoring sound, is it like they have mucous or a respiratory illness?

If you have vet care, that's best.
Respiratory infection symptoms, depending on what disease can sometimes be treated with an antibiotic. Tylosin or Tetracyclines can be used for Mycoplasma.

Yeah I went to ask a vet
I described the issue
I don't remember the names but he prescribe some injections and soms tabs
He said to inject the two syringes on they're chest one on the left and one the right (only for the ones who are really in a bad mood) and give some vitamins and antibiotics to the other chickens
I did as he said I bought them and did them
I also gave most of the others some garlic

I should just, wait for tomorrow and see how it turns out
