I don't think they are 100% pure but I think they have some pure in them. They do have some horn coloring on their legs and dark on their beaks.

These are some of my pure birds (Reese line). This was taken before I separated the all of males out. I do have some Rhode Island Whites too. I show my birds at poultry shows and some years ago a judge marked on my coop tag a remark that the legs weren't yellow enough so I have been working on that.

I'm glad I do not have a trained eye because my production quality look great to me! What do you mean about the coloring on the beaks and legs. All mine have the brown in the beaks and the legs have brown in them and the cockerel has red in his legs and back of feet.

Almost 23 weeks. Not great pics

wow those legs are yellow. That is what makes me wonder on the three or four since there legs are barely yellow and one has some red over the yellow on her legs. They are definitely darker than many I have seen. Your birds are beautiful.

I live in town and I have five one of them is already laying the other ones pretty soon, I enjoy taking care of them, we are planning of selling and moving in to a house with some land, what do kind of biz you do? how many chickens do you have?
