Chicken Breed Poll!!!

I don't believe they're considered Bantams, but just small. I think they're absolutely gorgeous though Buttercups aren't bantams either. I think at the time I was just noticing that no Bantams were listed as options. To be honest, there's no telling

Buttercups is no breed if I am not mistaken. Buttercup is the name of a certain comb type.

Originally bantam means a smaller type of the big/original breed. But there are.quit a few bantams/small breeds that don’t have a big/bigger counterpart.
Like my Dutch.

Buttercup is a comb type.

Sicilian Buttercup is a chicken breed that has the buttercup comb -- but people often just call them "Buttercups".

I need to look into other breeds that have that comb.

I wasn't aware of any other breeds with a buttercup comb. Usually anytime someone references a Buttercup, they're referring to a Sicilian Buttercups @BDutch

Buttercups are both a breed and a comb type. Im pretty certain there is no breed other than the Sicilian Buttercup (short version is Buttercup) that has a Buttercup comb.

No doubt lots, but personally I've never seen or replied to such a poll before. I'm hesitating to vote in this poll only because I have several of the included breeds. It feels disloyal to choose just one, because I love them all.

The Siciliana chicken has a very similar comb to the Sicilian buttercup but I don’t think there exist in the USA
