Yes im very curious on what this could be

It is definitely a respiratory infection. Not sure which one without testing but it doesn't matter now - she needs antibiotics.

Her comb is down, she is open mouth breathing. She is pretty advanced. Even if the respiratory symptoms are caused from a reproductive disease, she still needs antibiotics.

Is anyone else sick?

What people antibiotics do you have? After we get them started, you can feel below her vent and see if she is tight about her abdomen.

Nobody else seems to be having any issues.

It could be a number of things. She could have a reproductive disease, an organ(s) failure, or a respiratory disease.

Can you get to a vet to get antibiotics?

Can you feel below her vent - her abdominal area? Right here and a little under her?
