Chicken Cam

Hey guys just wanted to share our newest addition to the coop. It is a Foscam IP camera. Installed it last week and so far has been doing well. I am sharing the username and password for all to see. The pan and tilt functions will be disabled for visitors so if they are not in the screenshot wait around for a bit or try again later. Feedback is appreciated.

It must be windy where you are, I can see the food and water swaying in the video lol. But o chickens do I see. Not on the roosts and not in the laying boxes . Is it still light out side where you are?

Hello all,
Just an update we got our first egg ever today. We noticed it on our chicken cam and could not wait to get home to investigate. It was in the far right nesting box. I will post pictures in another thread soon. If anyone looks at the cam and sees an egg let me know!! These cameras are so cool to have, everyone should have one. The link for the camera is posted earlier in the thread and also in the footnote.

I see an egg! At least I think its one. lol It's in the right nestbox.

Neat!

I do this for my hermit crabs, although not live. I'm planning on doing the same for my quails when I move so that I've a better eye on predators.

Thanks for sharing this with us!
