This morning my 18 week old Olive Egger was sitting in a nest box and I thought maybe she was laying her first egg but she came out for treats but ended up sitting on her butt with her legs in front of her. She left me pick her up (which she usually doesn't). I have her in a crate by herself but she can't stand and just lays with her legs to the side. Her comb is red and eyes look clear. She pooped when I separated her and it looked normal. Any suggestions?

Those are classic symptoms of Marek's or another closely related avian virus, lymphois leucosis. The onset of symptoms usually manifest around this age. I have the latter in my flock, and just recently I made a very involved thread about three pullets I tried to treat. In the end, all three had to be euthanized. In case you want to read through it to gain insight as to your own pullet. https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...update-now-another-pullet-going-lame.1432738/

Just in case, I would insert a clean finger inside her vent to check for a stuck egg. I would also give her 1/4 tablet daily of super B complex vitamins (human) crushed in a spoonful of water and given. Unfortunately, I also think Mareks could be possible.
