The wyze cam V3 (is outdoor rated) has been doing good for me. If you don't use an SD card, it cost for cloud viewing previous footage (motion etc) in the app. It's like $2 a month

I will have to look at this my hubby lovvvvves harbor freightWe use one of these for our home security cameras. It doesn't require any subscription and as long as its under cover (out of precipitation) it should hold up fine. It has for us. You do have to have A/C power though.

@DobieLover highly recommends the Wyze cams, that's what she has in her in coop brooder, run, and coop I believe. The pics I've seen are great!Yeah- bummer right? Does anyone know if the Wyze Cam V3 need a subscription service?
You don't. It limits video clips to 12 seconds but for my purposes that's fine.Yeah- bummer right? Does anyone know if the Wyze Cam V3 need a subscription service?
You can view cloud footage and SD card playback footage from the smartphone app. You don't have to go retrieve it or anything. The paid cloud storage just enables you to playback from the cloud with no SD card. The paid cloud is also per camera, so if you have 10 cameras etc, it's roughly $2 each. With th SD card though how do you view it?
What kind do u have?I couldn't live without my coop cam- sometimes I put it on in the background to hear their sweet chirps and quarrels while at work
