Can you help me?

The Chicken is not moving much, her head is moving is slowly so is her body and there is some yellow thig coming out of her, when he pooped and a red huge thing pops out then goes back(probably infection?).
What should I do?

It sounds like your chicken is not doing well. The yellow discharge you mentioned could be a sign of infection, and the red thing you saw might be a prolapsed vent, which is a serious condition. Please seek veterinary care for your chicken as soon as possible. It's also a good idea to separate the sick chicken from the rest of the flock to prevent any possible spread of infection.

There looks to be some yolk in her stool... have you seen any pieces of egg? If not, have you tried treating her with Corid for Coccidiosis? I would temporarily seperate her from the rest of the flock just in case..

click on this link. Read it now. It will tell you exactly what you need to do. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...ng-from-vent-prolapse-oh-my-what-to-do.76124/
Agree, read the article it's a good one.

Just so @Johnheck knows what he's looking at - the yellow thing is either a shell membrane or it may be lash material, either way, hopefully she'll be able to expel it with your giving her care according to the article. Take photos of the "thing" so we can help you i.d. it.

The red huge thing that pops out is the cloaca (Vent). It's not infection, what you are seeing is both the digestive and reproductive tissue. Both of these systems essentially meet at the vent. She's straining to push out whatever material/egg and you are seeing the tissue when she strains. She may prolapse but doesn't sound like it yet.
