Chicken Dust Bath

Yes, but my chicken is currently 2 months. The hen would be 8 months.
So the chick is 8 weeks... and then a full grown hen... you can probably integrate them, but it might take a while. I’m not an expert with integration though. Sometimes it will go smoothly, sometimes not. But since the chick is fully feather by now, it may work.

What you might want to do is the “see but not touch” method for a little bit, maybe a few days. Then you would want to probably free range them together, and see how they do. Be ready to step in though. Then you could possibly put them together at night if all had gone well, and then they would be fully integrated.

Another option is just putting them together at night, but I have not done this one before.

I might let them get used to each other using the “see not touch method“ and them let them out at night. I think that will work.
