Chicken eye pink and swollen

Help! My hen has a pink eye thats swollen and watery. I went to a agricultural store and they gave us some drops for the eye, I didn't show them the photo though. If any of you know what this is, please comment down below. I lost one chicken because of this, not doing that again. I recently came up with the idea that maybe the chicken is overheating, I hope I'm right and it's not Coyrza. Should I take her to the vet?

Is there a bad odor to the face? It could be MG if there is no order. I would try to get Tylosin powder for the water, an antibiotic that treats MG. Flush the eye with saline or eye wash, and apply either Terramycin or plain Neosporin ointment into the eye twice a day. If there is pus under th eyelid or up in the roof of the beak, it needs to be cleaned out.
