Chicken getting pecked

I have one hen that all of the others peck. They are all the same breed. It dosen't seem like the will go out of their way to peck at her, but if she is eating or in the way she will get pecked. They peck her right at the start of her tail feathers. Do I need to seperate her or should I just let it go?

If she is getting injured, then you should separate her. Put her with a hen buddy who doesn't pick on her, if possible.

Sounds like she's the low position on the totem pole.
