Chicken gives a cuddle?

Haha I love it! Everytime my windshield gets pooped on I will think of her now! Yesterday after she passed, I was thinking about her reuniting with her sister, Raven, up in chicken heaven and running around eating grass and bugs. Made me feel better

When Raven passed away (she was my first loss), I had a dream the next night where I saw her running around in heaven with a bunch of other chickens having a great time and that really helped me feel better.

My chickens love to cuddle. It's so cute! I have a few that follow me around too haha They're so smart.

If you had told me a year ago that chickens like to cuddle, I'd have said "Rubbish! They're chickens!"

Now I've got a rooster that I can't put down, he stretches his head over your shoulder & rubs against your neck & that's not even the start of what he does! I've told DH He is going to live with us for the rest of his life.

He lives indoors at night due to neighbors. Right now he's on the sofa watching DH play GTA (some kids never grow up.)

He crows if he can't find you when he's indoors & wants attention, but we always told him off to minimize his crowing. Now he wanders around until he locates us.

I'm going to have chickens for the next 60 years

I'm hooked with OCD (Obsessive Chicken Disorder!)

My girls are all cuddly, except for my amercauna. My orpington waits for me to sit down, and when i do she hops on me and gets cozy. She's the boss in the flock and she's real mean to the other girls, whenever they come for cuddles she pecks them in the face!!! and i feel like a bad influence! My two delawares snuggle their necks and heads on my shoulder or neck like a hug, and they make this little squeaky sounds too! They're so loving and cuddly.
