You can use Flubenvet in her feed to worm her if you wish. Panacur horse paste is also available in the UK and can be used to worm at a dosage of 0.25 ml per pound of weight given for 5 consecutive days. But wait until she has stopped molting and all feathers are grown in to use Panacur (fenbendazole) since it can affect feather growth. You may want to weigh her to get a baseline weight to know if she is gaining or losing. Scrambled egg, wet mushy feed, and tuna can be used to help her gain. Cancer, which is sometimes common in hens over 2, can be a reason for severe weight loss. Also check her crop in early morning before she has eaten to make sure that it is emptying normally. If it isn’t and she has a crop disorder, that can be another reason for weight loss.

Sorry to hear about your hen. But you say that you think worms takes some time to solve, but that is not quite accurate with the right medicines.

A five day worm treatment isn't ideal in an emergency. Five day treatments are to prevent egg withdrawal and side effects, but there are treatments that work overnight, fenbendazole or even ivermectin liquids for example. Worm treatment can be done in one night to eliminate the living worms in their digestive tract. That is for an emergency because yes you still may have residual worm eggs which will hatch, but right now you arent worried about worm eggs hatching again in 10 days if yoir chicken may die in 3 days.

If you can, get liquid drops of fenbendazole for future treatments. To even diagnose what the problem is, you have to rule out worms as its the most likely common cause. I find it easier to treat with the liquid drops then even doing a fecal float worm test but fecal float is an option if you can find a vet to rule out the worms.

After all is said and done, what anti worm medicine can you get your hands on quickly? You probably have more time than you think, but you want to get the worms killed with a proper dewormer and out of her system. She is currently experiencing diarreah so be careful altering her diet with anything like vitamins or sugar. She will eat very little and her crop will be mostly water at night, but she will eat what she wants. If you force feed and there is a blockage, you will harm her more.
