Soak her in a bath of warm water to soften the dried on poop. Use your fingers to squeeze the clumps until they break up then swirl the water around her feathers to help remove it. Work slowly and avoid pulling the feathers. Once you get it all off, rinse her in warm clean water and towel her dry. Then get a good look at her vent.
