Chicken moving very slow seems to be puffy

Hi all yester day I let my chickens out all was fine got 6/6 eggs then later on in the evening one of them just has not been acting normal very slow. I have just let them out again this morning and she has just come out and laid at the back of the garden any ideas what it could be she seems to have eggy poo.thanks

could she be egg bound?

Could she have vent gleet?

I'm pretty new to keeping chickens her poo looks like expanding foam

The weird thing is that she laid her egg yesterday fine in and out of the nest box in a few minutes

She has like a white tube hanging from her vent now

This looks exactly like what what hanging from her. It has now disappeared I don't know what too do

It looks like the membrane of a shell-less egg that has ruptured inside the vent. Take a rubber glove with lubricant, and insert a finger inside to check for any remainder of the egg. Then as an option you can take about 15 ml of diluted white vinegar (1:4 ratio) and a syringe, then flush out the vent once or twice to cleanse it. Hens who lay soft eggs that break inside can later develop egg yolk peritonitis.

All the chickens were supposed to be wormed when I bought them that was three months ago I also treat there water with cider vinegar every month

After that tube thing come out she laid an egg about two hours later she seems to be back too normal now it's crazy how quickly things change. I'm learning somthing new every day
