I have a light on a timer in the coop, on from 4am to 8am, from October through April (roughly) every year. Hens want 14 hours of light in order to lay eggs. Some will produce through the winter anyway, others just want spring!
Your birds will start producing eggs as the days get longer. Patience!
I feed an all- flock feed rather than layer, with oyster shell on the side, so non-laying hens aren't getting too much calcium, and molting birds are getting the protein they need.
