Why didn't someone warn me that chickens could easily turn into an obsession??? I think I have a chickaddiction! The only treatment would be MORE CHICKENS!I spend tooooo much time on BYC forum, then run down to the barn to try out the newest idea or treat. No food is safe here for DH to eat because it might be reserved for THE GIRLS. All inanimate objects have become ideas for coops or nests or feeders or waterers.
Even my horses are chicken-crazy. As soon as they are turned out in the morning, they make a beeline to the chicken tractor and coop to see what's new and to check for their favorite new treat, spilled chicken crumbles and pellets. Yesterday, I caught the donkey IN the duck pen.
Is there hope for me???
