see thats whats wrong with everybody these days everyone wants to sue everybody because they got their feelings hurt boohoo. if the idiot hadnt left his dog off the leash it never would have happened. if someone gave me a bill for that id tear it up in his face and laugh at him. theyd have to put me in jail. too many sissies out there crying about a mangy dog
