What kind of ointment are you putting on her?
I'd get some Chlorhexidine and saline. Clean off the neck, top of head and other wounds that are away from her eyes with the Chlorhexidine. Get all the gunk and ointment off. Swab the wounds well with the Chlorhexidine. Let the wounds dry up a bit. The chlorhexidine has a nice residual affect. One you've allow the wounds to dry up some, get photos. Trim feathers from the wounds if needed, then apply a very thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment. If the ointment is thick, then warm it a bit with your fingers for easier application or put your tube in a warm glass of water for a few minutes to help soften it up.
For the eyes and face, I'd work on cleaning them both with saline and a warm compress. See if you can work them open. It may take repeated flushing and applications of compresses but getting the eyes unstuck is a good idea. Once opened, then flush with saline and remove any pus, debris, etc.
Hydration, hydration. Get the undiluted Corid into her twice a day. See if she will eat the wet feed, if not, then try to get some baby bird formula and tube her.
