well...can anyone explain the phrase to me please? i am sure it is really great, but my brain is broken. (not literally)

just so you all know, i will only be judging your phrases.(when i have 10 phrases) a judge can post phrases for a laugh to spark ideas, but cannot judge themselves. and phrases can be repeated, but you can only repeat yourself. you may not repeat someone else's phrase, unless the phrase you are repeating is at least 18 pages back. you may repeat yourself only if the phrase you are repeating is at least 6 pages back.

so generally, these are all of the rules. when we get more phrasers, (or players, but i wanna call them phrasers) we will make it so everyone can only do 2 phrases until the round is over. i will let you all know when this rule has started.
