Chicken poop

I started my chickens on layer feed about a week ago they are 20 and 17 weeks. That last few days I’ve noticed their poop looks very weird and I’m not sure what’s going on with them. It looks kinda reddish in the picture but in person it looks more orange. Their behavior all seems fine and I don’t think it’s just one chicken I think it’s all of them. I did give them quite a bit of watermelon over the last few days.

Watermelon + change in feed + affecting all the chickens. That suggests that it's the new feed and the watermelon that have caused the change in the poop.

Just wanting to make sure it’s not coccidiosis or something like that.

You're right to think about coccidiosis. When I had a chick with suspected cocci, I saw some blood in the shavings under where she roosted at night. It was blood red, no doubt about what it was. She also had a marked lethargy, compared to the days previous, and the other chicks.

I'd say, monitor the situation, but I think it's a change in feed.
