Chicken poop

I just went out to the coop and this was on the poop board. Does anyone know what this could be? Her comb is pale as well but seems to be acting normal - eating and drinking. Sorry for the picture but not sure what it could be. We have 2 hens and they are about 18 months old. She also has not been laying. Never had any issues.

If she has a swollen or spongy feeling abdomen it could be egg yolk peritonitis, but usually when they have this condition that are depressed are eat and drink less. This also kind of looks like cecal poop which is expelled around every 7 or so droppings. Check to make sure she is not expelling many more droppings like this.

Thank you. I have never seems this before and I'm out in the coop every day. She hasn't been laying either which concerns me.
