I think people are slowly coming to their senses here in the US and trying to get back to basics. A lot of us are learning, but there are plenty of people that have been brought up farming and won't shake a stick at what it takes to farm and butcher their own meat. For me, I grow a lot of our own food, but the butchering is not something I've been able to get into yet. This will be the first year I do. So I'm taking in a lot of experience others (like yourself) have to offer.

We're going to process one or two here soon (I'm pretty sure) so you can watch/partake in it! If I can do it, YOU can definitely do it!
