They are from Privett Hatchery, I hatched out a few babies from them and they look alot better than their parents. I have a BO rooster in the pen right now and he is around 6-7 Months old and still growing!

He is already up to my knee!! I'll try to get some pictures when I go to gather eggs in a bit.

Better as in they meet the SOP better? I don't think that they can breed and it just come that way; how old are the chicks?

I don't know...I doubt it, mine aren't that great of quaility..maybe PQ or something.

mugg, they are very easy to grow, really. they just need place to move around and water to play with it. they don't get sick easy, like turkeys, i had a lot of problems with turkeys. the ducks? nothing, not even one. so, with 12 ducks will be easy for you and next year you will order 50. you will love them, i'm sure (especially the meat

).

They arrived this morning!! I set them in the bathtub with a little bit of water. I ended up with 13! UNLUCKY NUMBER! I love the feel of them. Their down is denser than chicks and they just feel more rugged. I want to set and watch my broodervision for the rest of the day!

I took pics and since misplaced my camera! Be back to post 'em.

Muggs: Locked down eggs today!

3 Silver Ameraucanas and 1 BCM didn't make lockdown, they were clear when I cracked them open, there could of been bullseyes in 2 of the SA but hard to tell on an 18 day old yolk

. So now I sit and wait and watch the incubator. Excited to see some Muggs babies.
