Chicken Swap& Market Fair Milford Nh Oct 18

Perfect for Halloween. I've got 4 for him on Sunday. Should have brought them to Westford last week.

I was hoping to bring some aloe plants too. I had to split an aloe on steroids today. I could no longer pick it up to move it out of the solarium (probably 80 lbs). It's now 18 separate plants but I want to make sure they root okay before I bring them. Anyone interested them come spring? Some are still HUGE!

I have a friend in RI whos 80 year old mom has been wanting an aloe plant forever and she says she cannot find them anywhere ??? I would be interestd in getting one for her, I think she is coming up here the weekend of Nov. 7th. Will you have any at Milford???

I'll be at Milford. I'll bring one of the smaller ones. The big ones are rather heavy and I don't know how they'll do with such a severe root pruning. Probably go bonkers but we'll see next spring.

Oooooo! What kind of puppy did you get?????

We don't have him yet and it isn't a sure thing yet, but he is an English Pointer coming up from North Carolina. We will be meeting the transporter on Saturday if all goes well. If he looks happy and healthy when we meet him we will bring him home. If he looks at all off he will be given over to a shelter in MA. We can't risk bringing home a sick dog to our healthy one. We have been told that he has been fully wormed and vaccinated by his foster mom, but we are still feeling cautious.

Back to if he is healthy... then Dan and I will have to bring him on Sunday because we both have to go to the swap (since I can't drive) and we can't leave the puppy home, he is only a couple of months old.

I also have a couple of baby Polish~White Crested & Gold-Laced~that will be just over a week old.
Also bunnies!

Oh, they have been bringing a lot of those southern rescues up here to be adopted. Most of them are the sporting/hound types of breeds or crosses. I know the shelters near me have a lot from Alabama. i hope he checks out good! If so we will get to see him at the swap!
