i am guilty also if the turner hatch, only because of the staggered hatches and not having the spare incubator lately to do the hatching in. you really need to be around for this.i have seen the chicks get stuck in all kinds of places. but have lost no one to the turner yet. and its a b to clean

Yep in the turner, but what i do is turn it off, take a few of the rows out, and put them on the wire part, but then they make there way up on to the eggs.

Yes. Mom is a Lavender Cochin bantam and Dad is a red Frizzle Cochin bantam. So far one out of the first 6 is starting to frizzle! More on the way!
