Chicken that had Fly Strike (now recovering), except she is getting weaker. Help please?

Update for my loved bird. Today she gave up. I held her while she slept for 3 hours before she finnaly passsed. She started trying by herself to vomit but was to weak to do it. The vomit most likely choked her to death. She was in bliss sleeping on my lap for those last three hours. Warm, comfortable, and safe. I am glad that she is no longer in pain.
