Chicken Tylenol?

Seriously, is there a cure-all chicken medicine? Like the avian equivalent of tylenol? Because I bet that would be REALLY helpful for a lot of people. Thanks!

You can give them a baby aspirin or two. Do a search on here. Tylenol can kill a dog so I'd be a bit hesitant to give one to a chicken.
